The procedure was relatively painless with Dr. Sauer and her staff checking in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable. They completed the procedure quickly and professionally. I was back at work immediately following. Today was my one-year check in and it felt like walking into the home of an old friend; I was greeted warmly and everyone remembered me. The procedure was successful. This is a practice that cares. They respect their patients and genuinely want the best for them. While I do not wish to have a need to go back anytime soon, I will not hesitate to contact Springhurst Endodontist the moment I need their services.

OAA i had the worst experience ever . these people are not…read moreonest. my dentist refer me to them for root canal . they asked about my insurance and I gave them the information . my insurance was out of net work and they did not tell me. they did a CT scan and charge me $400 and told me that I need another visit to do the root canal and it is additional $1400. when I asked why my copay is so high even though I did another root canal a year ago cost me $200 all together .they told me because you have bad insurance and did not bother to tell me that they are out of network. these people trying to hunt patient and gain as much money as possible and do not care about patient . can't trust them.

She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I scheduled an appointment for both a cleaning and evaluation of an occasional minor toothache…read more When I arrived, I was told the appointment was only for the toothache. The staff offered to schedule a cleaning for the following day, but I was unable to attend because I already had an OB appointment. After examining the tooth, they scheduled me for a filling the next day rather than completing the treatment during my current appointment. I'm still unclear why I was asked to come in that day if no treatment was going to be provided. As a result, I had to arrange childcare for my son and make time for another appointment. To make matters more frustrating, after the appointment I was informed that they would not perform a cleaning until after I deliver my baby because they require dental X-rays. However, X-rays were taken during this visit, and records could also be obtained from my previous dentist if needed. The reasoning seemed inconsistent and was not explained clearly. The worst part of the experience happened when I arrived for my filling appointment the following day. I was told the appointment had been canceled because staff claimed I had "stormed out" and slammed the door while saying I did not want any appointments scheduled. That is completely untrue. I declined scheduling a future cleaning, not the filling appointment that had already been scheduled. I was never contacted about any cancellation, despite receiving a text confirmation for the appointment. What makes this even more confusing is that the office's front door is designed in a way that makes it virtually impossible to slam. Being accused of behavior that did not occur and then discovering my appointment had been canceled without any notice was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the communication was poor, the scheduling process was disorganized, and I felt that my time was not respected. Between the unnecessary extra appointments, the conflicting explanations, the canceled filling appointment, and the inaccurate accusations, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a dental office.
