Steve referred me to his paralegal, Jorge. Jorge never showed up to our set meeting and wouldn't return my calls or emails. He finally called me back 4 weeks after I first reached out and gave me an advice that was googleable and incorrect. I explained that the email form is generic on their website and I had no way of knowing who is responsible for checking their emails. The receptionist then repeated she had 'all of these attorneys' and I have to give her a name!! I told her I have no name that it was a generic email request on THEIR website, and there is no way for me to produce a name. She then told me to 'have a nice day' and hung up!!! Yikes!! No customer service training here, and no one realizes that of the 16 attorneys and assistants I had to hear about????? Very unprofessional.

There are better firms to deal with. I don't know if I will ever get it back. Great firm until they have to back up their reputation and in that, they fall short.
