    As a prospective applicant, I was looking at a job posting and noticed how unprofessional the job…read moredescription was. The owner rudely dragged my one-star review onto Facebook and started bad-mouthing me, calling me a nobody and a drunk. After blocking me on Facebook, I never called him any mean names. The only thing I pointed out was that $17 is not a livable wage in New York State. The pictures below are just some of the ones they posted. They are going to continue to lie about me posting nasty comments if this is how they treat applicants.

I personally work for this company and yes, hourly patrols are mandatory. This eliminates an individual who is thinking negatively in regards to damaging or stealing within the perspective site. Our visible presence is a deterrent to anyone with those ideas, as well as, being visible to the clients we serve. The rates paid are totally different when in reference to those who are licensed to carry firearms, as to those who do not. I am disabled, yet I was provided a position to work at a site based on my capabilities. I have been there for 1 1/2 years, and the individuals that see me at this complex are extremely pleasant. On top of that, my hours are from 10pm to 4am. Management does visit/call/write to see how their employees are doing. They have enough confidence in their employee to get the job done, yet they stay in touch in case there is anything additional we may require. Management does care about their employees, and will always work with them with any personal need that may arise. This does not mean that the employee may receive what they requested, but they provide an intelligent reason as to why. I disagree with the posting that, "Dennis," has submitted.
