I mean, honestly, I can't believe that this food truck was the 'budget' option. First of all, the staff was great and made all of the food to order right in front of you. The guests had three hours to eat all that they could - this included apps, mains, and dessert. There were three appetizers. The shrimp was the most popular. The mains were my favorite. My daughter is from the US and she married a German. They had 3 burger options and 2 pasta options. My daughter's favorite pasta is pesto and they said no problem. Then she asked for chicken Alfredo because it's my favorite. They had never heard of it but they said they would figure it out. You guys! Their recipe was better than most I've had in the States! Seriously, it was a hit with everyone. Also, I'm not a fry person but their fries were so good that I asked for a small plate and ate every one with two of the many sauces they offered. One of the apps and one of the mains were vegetarian and our vegetarian friends were very happy as well. Dessert was amazing as well. They made creme brulee or chocolate crepes with fruit to order. We barely had room for the wedding cake after all of this food. I have attended many weddings in my 45 years and I can say that, hands down, this was the best wedding food I've ever had. I highly recommend! All of her guests loved it!
