I retained Mr. Cedeño with little notice ahead of my Family Court Trial. He came highly recommended…read moreby a great friend of mine who took notice of Mr. Cedeño abilities as his ex spouse attorney. That says a lot right there considering he wasn't his own attorney but fighting against him. Mr. Cedeño sat down with me, listened to everything and asked me what outcome I was desiring. He showed up before me every court date, ready to go. On his first appearance in White Plains Family Court, he was able to accomplish far more in one day than my previous attorney did in 3 years. On day one he got my TRO dismissed, and I was awarded temporary custody. We know how difficult it is in family court for Fathers or Men to be awarded custody. You're lucky if you even get visitation these days. With Mr. Cedeño there were no surprises, he explained everything to me up front . He has made trips back and forth to White Plains Family Court with and without me present on my behalf advocating and fighting for my son and I. He has continued to fight for me even now that my case is over. I am truly elated about this experience and now focusing on raising my son and recovering from these last 3 years of Family Court Trauma. I highly recommend Mr. Cedeño and his team, and suggest you articulate what your goal is and any concerns upfront.

Glen and his team always made me feel at ease and comfortable in two very difficult situations. I have referred everyone I know that needs a family lawyer to Glen and his firm. I can wholeheartedly say they are the best in what they do. Divorce, custody issues, child support etc. are not easy situations for anyone. It is stressful, unpleasant and at times heartbreaking. Again, Glen and his staff, walk you through the whole process with empathy, kindness and understanding. Remaining professional at all times. I know his office is a very busy one, yet they manage to make you feel as if you and your case are their main priority at all times. If you need a great law firm, I highly recommend Mr. Glen F. Do not go to this man -- I hesitate to even call him a lawyer. He does not perform even the bare…read moreminimum required of his profession. In my experience, both he and his secretary operate in a way that feels more like a scam than a legitimate legal practice. While experience and longevity in law are important, so are promptness, attention to detail, and basic professionalism -- all of which he completely lacks. Our initial form was filled with errors. He failed to send in the required documentation altogether, despite multiple reminders. As a direct result of his negligence, we were denied. It ended up costing us an additional year and significantly more money just to start the process over from scratch. This is not someone you can trust. This is not a practice you can rely on. What you're dealing with is a fool with a degree, and a secretary who lacks both competence and compassion -- despite claiming to have gone through the same process herself. Save yourself the time, energy, and financial loss. Look elsewhere.
