But there's a reason 15th century biblical art was so omnipresent during its time. It was the style at the time and everyone who could afford art wanted Jesus depictions. That said, this gallery is full of vibrant, colorful art which literally protrudes from the painting. The artist Massino Meda depicts nature with such vivacity that it strikes you. The 3D paintings of coral, the sea, glaciers, mountains, and landscapes are just so gorgeous. They shine, brighten, and delight the viewer. If I had the disposable income I would no doubt have picked up a few to brighten my home with some rich color and serene images of nature. It is seriously a great break from the kind of art you see in the huge basilicas and art galleries in Italy. It is a modern, contemporary style, and I can't imagine anyone walking in and not feeling entranced. Even if you don't have the money, it's so worth it to walk in to have a pleasurable viewing experience.
