They did an outstanding job and in very cold weather. The house is an old farmhouse located in East Montpelier Center on Center Road. Basement floor is primarily dirt and or rock. The company cleared out debris then completely transformed the basement into a waterproof area. A drain pipe will be buried in the spring. The air quality of the home will be great now and we can use the basement for storage without worry. Hunter and his crew were great! I think the price for what was done was fair. Will not hesitate to use Northern Basement Systems in the future if necessary.

There were carpet tack strips everywhere, filthy appliances and the place reeked of cat pee. All they did to clean one of the bathroom was wipe it down with simple green. No disinfecting agent was used. They didn't touch the other bathroom. They also removed perfectly good flooring in a kitchen that we wanted to keep. The worst part is they still expect to get paid in full. Go somewhere else!
