Sequim Family Chiropractic Center - Dr. Rob and Dr. Erin

Fantastic care. Dr. Erin is amazing and otherworldly. What an exquisite practitioner who really…read moreknows what she's doing and listens to the body of the person. I have been seeing chiropractors my entire life and she is by far the best. I recently moved to the area from a very large city in California and thought I would have to drive into Seattle for medical care and I am so thankful that is not the case. She is intuitive, uses muscle testing to see what your body wants and needs, communicates clearly and sees what's happening in order to treat the root causes from symptoms. I told her what was going on as well as some psychosomatic dynamics I am dealing with, and she offered various treatments. I chose her initially because it was listed that she deals with women who have PTSD and trauma. Those things play into our pain so much more than we realize and doctors who don't pay it any mind are less apt to treat the holistic container of a person and their body. I can already feel a great difference. My posture is suddenly straight after having slouched for as long as I can remember. I look forward to continuing regular care with her. The office even stocks a very high-quality line of supplements I have used in the past. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Rob spent 20 minutes with me and I was able to do a full squat for the first time in close to a year. Since then I have gone back for a number of issues with excellent results. My wife has also had great results from Dr. Erin. Not to mention a family-owned, husband-and-wife business and great people. Hard to go wrong at this place.

Worst experience ever with Kristina Adams. Donna Lodge would be ashamed of what you have done to…read moreher practice. I will not be returning for another visit under your care. I had an uncomfortable experience during my first visit. Without knowing anything about me or having a real conversation, you told me I had a "bad air about me" and a poor mental state that I needed to work on. When I asked what you meant, you doubled down and said, "don't ask questions you don't want the answer to." Up until that point, we had been having a pleasant conversation about hobbies--then you abruptly shifted into what felt like an unsolicited spiritual reading. It came across very arrogant. The comment felt presumptive, unprofessional, and frankly, like projection. I left feeling judged and misunderstood. I had been looking forward to this appointment for two weeks and even turned down other chiropractors with earlier availability because I believed this would be a great experience. I was already having a tough day, and your comment only made things worse. After I left, I did some research and discovered that you've only been practicing for a couple of years (License CH61327793), most of that during the COVID era. That helped clarify the lack of experience I sensed. It also became clear that most of the glowing reviews for Lodge Chiropractic were from when Dr. Donna Lodge ran the practice, which now makes perfect sense. What really should have been a red flag was your odd decision to bring up a political argument between two other clients just before my session. That kind of oversharing set an unprofessional tone from the start, but I was excited and tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned. Your projection of your own unresolved issues onto me was unnecessary. If you genuinely want to grow as a practitioner and retain patients, I strongly recommend doing the inner work you preach--through education, communication training, or therapy. You need classes on emotional intelligence and awareness, because what I experienced in your care was the opposite of that. If you're going to promote wellness, your energy and your lifestyle should align with what you're asking of others. This was not what I signed up for, and I hope you take this feedback seriously--for yourself and your future patients.

Not worth the money. Not great service. Best off going to the other chiropractor in town.read more
