From the start of the call, the woman I spoke with had a rude and dismissive tone. When I asked if they were accepting new patients, she immediately focused on insurance and stated that they don't accept many plans and that many are out of network. When I shared our insurance information, she told me I needed to check with my insurance company. I explained that my husband had already confirmed they are in-network, but her tone became even more rude after that. She asked what we were looking for, and I explained that I'm currently having tooth pain and that we were also looking to establish routine care for my husband and daughter starting with cleanings. Throughout the conversation, she acted irritated and uninterested, as if she didn't want to be on the phone. She eventually stated that they are not scheduling new patients until August or September. Considering it is currently January, being told that cleanings and establishing care would be 7 months out was surprising. While availability is one thing, the lack of professionalism and poor communication made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the interaction made it feel like new patients are not welcome. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was not a good one.

Only 2 of my teeth were in pain he exhumed 10 teeth because I have good disability insurance, up until this day getting insurance notices basically rejecting whatever there trying to charge my insurance for there mistake. He made the impressions when my mouth was still swollen I can't even use the teeth he gave me without a tube of polygrip. There crooked. My receptionist sister told me my jaw was crooked. Well I think this business is the crooked ones. I do not even know what to do because I refuse to go see this quack because do not want him getting another cent from me. There negligence and unprofessionalism are profound.. the dentist gave me a sedative not in my arm or hand , but in my foot. My girlfriend also got the iv in her foot the sedative didn't kick in until the 10 teeth ripped out my mouth.
