Although they knew on July 9th that the ad was incorrect they have continued to run it, lowering the price every day. After seeing the car was a lemon we tried to trade it back in for something different. They are not will to work with us. They want more money down. We don't feel like this is right for several reasons, 1, we feel they should transfer our first down payment to a different car, 2, we've had to have it towed there and feel that should go toward the down payment as well, 3, we are going to a cheaper car, so why are they payments going up and why do they need more money down? During one week while they had the car we went out of  town, they gave us a loaner car. It was a crappy car. While out of town with the loaner it started messing up. We call them to let them know. They said they would call us right back. We never heard another word from them. All in all I will never do business with them again nor will I suggested anyone else too

For the love of God, please do not buy your car from Car City! I bought a car a year ago from this…read morelocation and have only drove it for six months. My car has been off the road since July and when I took it to the shop they told me there is over $4,000 worth of issues without the labor. With all of the fixable issues aside, the first mechanic I took the car to found bondo on the frame of the car which is covering up a crack, meaning Car City sold me a totaled car. Currently, no mechanic will touch the car because it is a potential liability and even if they corrected the underlying issues the car would still be unsafe to drive. When I confronted Car City about it they refused to compensate or try to fix the issue. Instead, the representative I spoke with hardly listened to what I had to say and failed to grasp the importance of the conversation. They continued to tell me that they would make a trade for my car ONLY if I bought a $15,000 car, which is way out of my price range. So, here I am currently stuck with a giant paper weight that I still owe $7,000 on. If you are considering buying a car from this location or any Car City I would immediately reconsider. I would not wish this upon anyone.
