For the love of God, please do not buy your car from Car City! I bought a car a year ago from this…read morelocation and have only drove it for six months. My car has been off the road since July and when I took it to the shop they told me there is over $4,000 worth of issues without the labor. With all of the fixable issues aside, the first mechanic I took the car to found bondo on the frame of the car which is covering up a crack, meaning Car City sold me a totaled car. Currently, no mechanic will touch the car because it is a potential liability and even if they corrected the underlying issues the car would still be unsafe to drive. When I confronted Car City about it they refused to compensate or try to fix the issue. Instead, the representative I spoke with hardly listened to what I had to say and failed to grasp the importance of the conversation. They continued to tell me that they would make a trade for my car ONLY if I bought a $15,000 car, which is way out of my price range. So, here I am currently stuck with a giant paper weight that I still owe $7,000 on. If you are considering buying a car from this location or any Car City I would immediately reconsider. I would not wish this upon anyone.

I had 3 out of my 5 lug nuts break, and the other two were loose and coming off. I limped my truck off the highway and had to stay the night (I was on my way to Virginia). As the next morning started, I was contemplating how I was going to get my truck to a shop and get it fixed. The next morning came and I saw a flatbed wrecker show up to the motel to tow another vehicle that was broken down. I walked up to Nick and asked if he was interested in towing my vehicle in the morning to get the repairs I needed to be fixed. I explained my situation and that I need to get back on the road asap. Nick never missed a beat and assured me that the truck will be towed and the repairs would be done by him and his shop. Nick, made a awful day a great one. Nick also called with an alternative after he dropped the truck at the shop, in an attempt to speed up the process. I also talked to Nick's (boss) Sean and he was so helpful and assured me that this will be taken care of and I should be on the road on Monday so I can complete my trip. Nick and Shawn were awesome and the service was well worth the 5+ star I gave them. Thank you both, in my time of need, you helped a total stranger.

I spoke to the owner about it, and he did NOTHING. Also, my braking system was working just fine, so they did something to my car they weren't supposed to and now I have no brakes . I addressed this as well, said they would do this and left my car there for about a week, and no one had even touched it, plus I asked them to keep in garage overnight and they lied right to my face and said they did, I rode by during the night and it was sitting outside.
