We are first time homebuyers so she walked us through the process step by step. She took the time to answer every phone call, text, and email to make sure we were comfortable with the process and understood what was happening. We had a few roadblocks come up and she was very helpful in helping us navigate those while keeping us on track. We were so appreciative to her for taking time out of her day to come to our closing, with us not having to pay a dime in closing costs thanks to her.
