Contacted him once again and another date and time was scheduled. Again, he was a no-show. Completely blew me off with no further communication. Then I saw him on the next-door app again chiming in on unrelated posts promoting his business. It wasn't even relative to the subject matter of the post. I did contact him a final time to tell him how dissatisfied I was with the fact that he didn't even contact me. He simply told me he forgot. After having Hillside install irrigation, plants, tress, and landscape lights it has been 2 years of on and off dead plants due to poor irrigation installation.
