We phoned Pat as soon as our Aunt passed away and from that first call he took care of all the arrangements professionally and compassionately. He was a great source of comfort to us from he arrived at the house when she passed to after the funeral service. I found the advice on all aspects of the funeral, coffin, music and flowers to be a great help at the time. He was quietly in the background supporting us through the whole funeral process.
