I…read morestopped in to go to the extreme fitness store, but I had my head pointed at my phone (texting) rather than where I was going, and I accidentally walked into the Alfa office. The woman at the desk asked if she could help, and rather than admit my mistake, I acted like I had some insurance questions. I was introduced to an agent, Angie, and I happened to have an explanation of benefits from my job crunched in my pocket, so we talked about the life insurance portion. She explained it all to me, and even though my HR department did a great job of confusing us all, Angie made it all make sence. Since I was already there, I got a renters policy quote and an auto. Better coverage for the same price was a no brainer, but it was all about the service for me. Highly recommended.
