(This despite Vyman/Sethi being provided with authorizations and directions ahead of time). Contacting the owner of the firm resulted in an email acknowledgement that the funds transfer had been delayed but no explanation or apology was offered for all the time wasted by my probate solicitor, estate agent, my wife and I in accomplishing what should have been a straightforward transfer. Thus, I cannot recommend using them.
