"It is her policy"-she said to not frighten the kids. So instead of one appointment she requested 5 with again some treatment non-reimbursed. Mysteriously, her "very busy" schedule for several weeks just appears to have space after you agree to go several times. Of course it is on working days and in the mornings so both parent and child miss the job day and school.
