The office is rather new, just a couple of years old, and always tidy. Their waiting room is somewhat small, but there's a TV, a Keurig, and bottled water. Oh, and a fish tank. Their dental suites appear state-of-the-art, but what do I know. X-rays are taken in the rooms, and displayed on their widescreen monitors. The doctors do an excellent job of explaining any issues you may have, and how they can be treated. There are no pressure-tactic sales, either. I've been a patient here for over 2 years and it's always a pleasure. Well, not a "pleasure" per se, I mean it is a dental clinic -- but it's a pleasure in as much as a dental visit can be a pleasure. Plan your appointments in advance because they're a busy office and it can potentially take some time to get an appointment.

My dental hygienist was Crystal, and she was absolutely the most kind and very gentle. I loved how she explained everything to me in an easy way to understand. The staff is amazing from the check-in and check out to the technicians and the dentist that I've seen. It's obvious that they focus on customer service because they are so polite and accommodating. Our insurance denied the claim because the Aspen Dental location off 1604 and Culebra reported that they pulled the tooth in 2019!!!. They LIED!!!! And I had to pay out of pocket to have the tooth removed! What else did they charge to my insurance that they didn't do? I called them to try to get it straightened out but oh they can't do anything without my husbands old phone number that ties the account together. What a bunch of malarkey.
