PECU charged my account for auto insurance even though I have always have a policy in effect. I…read moresent them proof of coverage for the entire time I have owned the vehicle and they refunded all but $123.00 of it claiming the insurance company only refunded a portion. I have been in communication with Anjahre Scott with PECU and thought we were on the way to getting it settled, but today I received notice from Experian that they reported my account late 30 days. I have sent two emails to Ms. Scott with no reply. SWBC only refunded a portion of the amount they charged me. The relationship between these two companies seems somewhat suspicious. Plus I've never heard anything good about SWBC.

Our experience with this company has been absolutely miserable! The last 2-3 months of both mine and my husband's life have consisted of nothing but STRESS. Not from the paperwork or the (double what we were expecting) closing costs, but from simply being in the dark throughout this whole process. It was very easily displayed that our file was put to the side and not touched until we would ask about its progress. Our agent would tell us everything was going good and then he would call or email us a few days to a week later with issues that should have been addressed weeks earlier, issues WE ASKED ABOUT weeks earlier. It was 2 weeks before our 1st closing date when all respectable communication was lost. Me, my husband and our Realtor would call and email him trying to get an update and if we were lucky, we would get a response in the same day (AFTER business hours of course). I requested to be informed before the appraisal fee was deducted out of my checking account so I could issuer the funds were available; I was not informed. I request to be informed what day the appraisal was scheduled for; I was not informed. Our closing date was pushed back to a day specifically chosen by our agent; once again, 1 DAY before the rescheduled closing date we cannot even get a straight forward yes or no if we will be making the closing date or if it needs to be rescheduled again. Thank God that our living situation did not have a contracted move out date or we would have been homeless. He continuously blamed his lack of communication and failed promptness on being shorthanded. Mister, we all ha we jobs and we all have excuses! Quit with the excuses and DO YOUR JOB! To top it off, after researching, it has been determined that we are being charged DOUBLE the average "origination charge" in TX for 2014. Pulled straight from Yelp.com...
