I found things missing (that were listed on the paperwork) and a minor appliance problem (I fixed) and called the Blue Marlin office. I talked with a lady (I explained to her the issues) and asked to speak with the office manager or Dillion Bout the listing agent with Blue Marlin Realty. I never got a call back, or contacted by either party. I tried to have my agent/broker contact the company. I later found out that Dillion (friend of the broker) had cut their commission by .5% after they had agreed to a % and gave them a bunch of excuses. Someone from the company during the process also called my lending company (Union Home Mortgage. Diana) about our bridge loan, asking personal financial questions. Not ethical. We were missing a fire pit and (eight) shelf covers (photo) from the pantry. I will be sure to let the local homeowners, and other agents around the development know about this kind of poor service. It may impact some of their listings, and who knows may get their brokers attention (he can ask Dillion about the house on Shannock Ave (and hear more excuses) then look up my phone number or message and call.

If you are looking for a great real estate person, Linda Weir is the person you need to contact…read more Linda is a "home grown" here in Brevard County, and has over two decades of real estate under her belt. She was born here, schooled here, lives here, and now sells here. You won't find anyone more knowledgeable about what's available for your needs. I first met Linda in April of 2015, when I was ready to buy my home here in Brevard County. Linda helped me find my "forever home", one I will stay in as my last. I gave her my wants and needs list and she worked her magic. We closed seven weeks later. Throughout the process, when I had questions, Linda had answers, found them out, or pointed me in the right direction. If Linda says she will do something, she does it. She lets you know each step along the way what to expect. If a problem comes up, she works on finding the solution. Once we were closed and I was in my home, Linda let me know she was still available for me and stayed in contact. She was not stretching that fact or saying it as a polite line to someone. Anytime I have asked her for help, whether it be in finding a business contact for work on my home, or even about what's to do in the area, Linda answers. It has been 11 years now, and she is still helping me. How many real estate people have ever done that for you? Or for anyone you've known? Besides all of that, Linda also has a great personality. She is fun to be around and a thoughtful person, always looking for the good in people. It's nice to be around unjaded people in these hard times.
