They have to be polite to people. Volunteer staff are rude Very selfish people. Last year I asked one of the volunteer person about pastor book one of the volunteer person said to me stand back behind the line. Very very rude. One of the parking lot attendant is rude to. These pastors are not servent of God they look fake and there not ordained. They dont wear appropriate clothes and there not really pastors. Most of them they wear jeans there clowns. They dont care about church people they just want money there just business man. These pastors are not ordained. They make fun of other people and they put everybody down. There such a hypocrites. I've been coming here for 15 years, and I love it the only thing I dislike and have an issue with because is just getting worse is that some of us come from far away and get up very early to try to make it to church early enough to grab a seat in one of the front rows, but once we enter the sanctuary some of the greeters from the volunteer team have save most of the front row seats for other people that don't arrive to church until after service started. is very frustrating and annoying and there is no one to tell them anything about it, just totally not right that these volunteers feel entitled to make these decisions. A few of us that have been talking about this are thinking of looking for another church where we can feel like we have a voice. since we have express this concern but no one seems to care. read more

We attended this past weekend for the first time. I did attend high school 12 years ago at UCA so I was expecting something a little different. The way the pastor talked about money his wife was pending on his merch. It was a plug for sure to but it. It was not our type of church, it felt more like a money grab scheme and not a house of God. The staff were all kind but it just didn't feel about God. They sell merch and other stuff in the court heard which isn't following the word of God. A church is supposed to be a place where people worship and learn about the word of God. I just didn't feel that, everyone with their phones out and coffees and in appropriate clothing showing way too much of their bodies. The worship was very energetic which is great but the feel was not like a house of God but that of a money making opportunity. This is just my takeaway and opinion. read more

I grew up in the church and graduated with a bible minor for Biola University. Only saying this to give some credibility. This was my first time attending this church and I will confidently say I will never be returning. To put it simply, Pastor Diego is a hypocrite. I've heard about false teachers and those who claim to know Christ but use Him for their own agenda but today is the first time I've so clearly witnessed it. I'll lay out some of his hypocrisy: 1. Pastor Diego spoke about how if you are faithful your life will be prosperous. This is false. The bible says many times that when you have faith you will be persecuted. That is because we are not meant to be of this world. (ex. John 15:18-27, Luke 6:22, Matthew 7:13-14) 2. Pastor Diego told a story about how he was under leadership of a woman pastor who he had conflict with. The punchline to this story was that he had an opportunity to put "that woman" in her place and ruin her name, but because of humility, he refrained and held his mouth. He then said to not hold grudges and to forgive. There are multiple things wrong with this so let's break it down. a). He has not forgiven. If Pastor Diego truly forgave and let go of the past there would be no reason to so vengefully retell this story to hundreds of people in a church auditorium. b). This is not a story about humility. The definition of humility is submitting to God's will and mirroring Christ's servant leadership rather than seeking personal praise and status. Pastor Diego used this story of his "humility" to gain personal praise and status for his good behavior. Sure, this situation happened 9 years ago, and even if Pastor Diego was truthful in saying that he submitted to God's will at that time, retelling a story for your own personal gain and status completely contradicts his own actions. c). Pastor Diego made it abundantly clear that this was a woman pastor. He talked about her "emotional rage" and how she would "take it out" on him. He made sure the auditorium knew her as an "emotionally unstable woman pastor". I waited for the part where the gender of the pastor mattered, but that moment never came. Adding to this, Pastor Diego would throw in comments about woman in very degrading and objectifying ways. I do have much more to say on this but I think you understand the gist of it. After today I understand that Pastor Diego has internal struggles that make him no fit to be leading a church. The bible makes it clear that those who teach will be judged harsher and therefore need make sure that their teaching is sound and aligns biblically. I fear for those who attend this church on a regular basis as they are being misguided. This church will be in my prayers. read more

I have been a member at this church since I was 13 years old I am 32 now and before I never had to experience this before, I was trying to get myself into a program for griefing classes at this church. Not only was I not being treated well. I was denied of being able to enroll in the classes due to me not being a member for so long. This broke me because of god doesn't turn his children away why would these church do that especially if it's a class I would like to attend there and I though they would've welcomed me with open arms but i was wrong. This was very heartbreaking and disappointing that they rejected me from being in a class there just because I'm not a full member. You must be careful about the church you and your family attend. During my attendance On more than one occasion the jokes made during service has been about intercourse and extremely tasteless jokes. On occasions my son would sit with us in the family/kid section in the back but I thank God when the pastors have gotten besides themselves with s*xually driven jokes my son wasn't in there. One church service the head pastor was trying to make a point that men cant be driven by a woman's booty and that he must look past that to find a good woman... But he decides to go on saying how long can you live in Bootyville... 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes? As he pauses while giggling, leaning on the podium waiting for everyone to pickup on the joke. This joke was Insinuating the amount of time a man can last. And of course they are encouraged by the laughter from the church. This past services the lead pastors son wanted to make the point of being weak in the flesh, when you have not been spiritually fed or when you need to lay down your burdens on God and rest. So he goes on to say how situations happen when men attract the attention of women at their jobs and she may even touch his arm in friendly interactions. He said The man May start feeling like the other woman might be what he needs and not his wife. To bring home his point he says VERBATIM you're not H*rny you are hungry. The church laughs and he repeats it. You're not H*rny you're hungry. The pastor laughs and jokes how he didn't say this last service. He saved his perversion for second service. Can you imagine if your small children are present (and there were a lot of kids in there) and they ask you what does H*rny mean? And you have to figure out how to explain sec arousal to a child before they need that talk? Or how about your kid dont want to ask you and they go to their friends or the internet to find out what H*rny mean? This "church pastor" has just planted a seed in your children's minds and the minds of the men and women about "sec" and "secual arousal" distracting them from what we all came to church for or tried to come for. These aren't the only mentions of sec and male organ parts from these pastors. I have heard others, but these were more aggressive points and confirmations I needed. read more

This church is probably one of the only few that I've seen that actually stands on the word of God. Not many good things have been said about most churches these days, too much controversy's and agendas thrown left and right, but this church has done a fantastic job on bringing people in and making everyone feel welcomed and involved! The church not only holds 3 services a week, but also extends to the youth, womens, and mens ministries in various ways throughout each week. The pastors, ushers, worship leaders, etc etc; are actually nice and made me feel welcomed. I was watching online.. he was really RUDE he called the second service "cheap" and asked if "this is the poor group" "the welfare group" something along those lines because he's raffling his car off and sounds like he's trying to profit some. He should have just sold the car at Pomona swap meet and gave the money to the church He sounds bitter. I was appalled by what I experienced and observed at their so called "Thanksgiving" event. The people working here were beyond rude and disrespectful! You register, then upon arriving you were directed to a parking lot. I arrived very early so there were no cars lined up or anything. We waited in our cars, then I noticed the lady in the car next to me went up to one of the staff and they brought a food box to her car. Ok. Then, an hour later, someone came to check our QR code on the ticket and marked our car and said they would be having us line up soon. Then all the staff disappeared. An hour later after there had been no staff in sight, I got out of the car to find someone to ask when they would start. I located one of the staff and he told me to hurry back to my car because they are having us line up right now. I go back to my car, nothing, nada, no one. Another hour passes, and I go up to the front where all the staff (we are talking several dozen) are standing there yelling. cheering and waving at cars that apparently received a turkey. So I asked when they would be starting on us as we had been sitting in the parking lot for several hours by this time. The staff, a huge, tall lady was very rude. She remarked that "we'll get to you guys after everyone else, you see all these cars coming in", and I replied that we were early and were directed to sit and wait in the parking lot and it's been over 3 hours. She then proceeded to rudely say "well some people were here since 4am" and she points to a now line of cars coming in off the street. I told her we were all here before there was even a line, it was empty! She then snaps at me and responds with a sarcastic tone "well it's a blessing anyway". I went back to my car, waiting another 30 minutes, the decided to leave, along with many other cars that were frustrated and decided to leave. As soon as we start our cars, everyone is pulling out of the stalls, and NOW staff comes running, yelling at us to get back in our cars. I'm stuck with cars all over the place, no one can move and I'm panicking because I can't get out! I finally manage to maneuver my way to the exit and tell them I need to leave. Another man yells at me, tells me to just wait there, but I'm panicking and I need to get out, and thus guy is trying g to block me so I'm honking my horn for this jerk to get out my way. I finally get out and see that there is a sheriff car just sitting there, so I reported the situation. Patria created an extremely dangerous situation with their lack of competence and their arrogant rude staff! Patria, take your turkey and shove it! SHAME ON YOU FOR CREATING THIS DANGEROUSLY SITUATION!! read more

The church is beautiful and all the members were very kind! The music was amazing. It feels very welcoming. The executive pastor Nathan yells the entire sermon. He speaks as if he is "Preaching at me" instead of teaching me. This is my own opinion. I had to leave early because I couldn't take the yelling. I noticed that I heard Pastor Nathan better when he would speak in a normal tone without the yelling. Not sure I'll come back. Still searching for a church.... read more

I have been going to this church for 15 years! My kids grew up in this place. Amazing children's and youth programs! There are so many programs for everyone you literally can be connected with other believers everyday if the week if you choose. They are a servant hood driven church where you are given every opportunity to serve and find out who you are in Christ.
