When life happens, we are here for you!
At Pathways Counseling NWA, we believe people heal best when they feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. We provide counseling services for individuals, couples, teens, children, and families in Rogers and across Northwest Arkansas, while also offering secure telehealth counseling throughout the state of Arkansas.
What makes Pathways different is the combination of compassionate care, practical guidance, and real accessibility. We work to connect clients with the right therapist quickly — without long waitlists — so people can begin getting support when they need it most.
Our team works with people experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and family struggles. We also provide specialized support for couples, including Gottman-informed relationship counseling designed to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.
We know reaching out for counseling can feel difficult. That’s why we focus on creating a welcoming environment where clients feel safe, respected, and never judged. Whether someone feels overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by past experiences, we want them to know they do not have to face it alone.
Pathways Counseling NWA proudly serves Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, and surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities, with online counseling services available across Arkansas.
History
Established in 2023.
Pathways Counseling NWA was created with a simple belief: people deserve compassionate, high-quality mental health care that is both accessible and supportive — where they feel heard, respected, and cared for.
We are a team-based counseling practice serving individuals, couples, children, teens, and families in person in Rogers, Arkansas, and through telehealth across all of Arkansas.
We continue to prioritize timely access to care, working to help clients get connected with support quickly rather than sitting on long waitlists for weeks or months.
As we have grown, our focus has remained the same — creating a welcoming environment while making counseling more accessible through expanded insurance partnerships, private pay options, and statewide telehealth services.
Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, stress, or feeling overwhelmed with life, our goal is to help them find the right support and move forward with hope.
Meet the Business Owner: Jeff W.
After more than 30 years helping people solve problems, lead through challenges, and build meaningful lives in both corporate and nonprofit settings, I realized the work I found most fulfilling was always centered around helping people grow, heal, and move forward.
A few years ago, I made the decision to realign my career with that passion. After experiencing firsthand the value of counseling and the impact a skilled mental health professional can have, I returned to school and earned my Master’s in Counseling and was licensed a counselor in Arkansas. That same year, I founded Pathways Counseling NWA.
I know reaching out for counseling can feel difficult. My goal — and the goal of our entire team — is to create an environment where people feel comfortable, accepted, and genuinely cared for from the very first interaction.
No matter what challenges someone is facing, we want them to know they do not have to face them alone.
