Pathé!, great movies, great experiences, great atmosphere. Can't do without you.
Yet, I give you 1 star here's why.
(Caution: might sound a bit irritated, but I guess that is what you get after 1+ hours of using the Pathé! chat and still not being serviced properly.)
Why do I buy an unlimited gold subscription, only to have to buy a ticket (same seat) or miss the 00:00 Avengers Endgame movie (after waiting a week due to sold out tickets)?
My 6 days old account blocked? Just because my picture is not right? Ok, I can understand that. Yet, if one of your employees takes the picture and approves this, who am I to argue? I just re-use the picture that is on the account over and over again. If you would've given me a notification before I went to the movies I could've came early and fix it. Standing in line whilst hearing loudly that my account is blocked, as if I did not pay my bills, is not my cup of tea.

You are sorry (and understanding) for the situation, but still do not want to give me my money back? I am already paying you monthly.
