When he wasn't in the office or available for appts., I followed the instructions she gave me. He was mad at her and at me and actually denied that she had done a pap test on me. When I showed him the results from it to prove it had been done he said "she was crazy". I said well, here is the report so obviously it had been done as it shows where, when and the results. He got angry about this too. By visually examining me I was told that I didn't have a yeast infection, but I asked that they send it for a culture to be sure as in the past it had been undiagnosed. Two weeks went by and they never showed me the report or called me with the results. When I had my next appt. I asked if I could see the labs for yeast and and he said I didn't have yeast. However, the report showed that I did and my pcp checked me and ordered Diflucan. I showed him the report and he poo pooed it saying everyone has yeast. He told me several times to find another Dr. if I would not allow him to cut off my labia. I told him in no way were they bothering me. He made some rude comments which I won't post here but in response I reminded him he had testicles that hung down but he wasn't going to cut them off! Needless to say, I am not going to this practice anymore and have found another gyno. I'd turn back if I were you!

After being in the emergency room I went back to control my blood preasure. On my 3rd appointment I was not as lucky and Ivan Torres walked into the room with his arrogance and lack of professionalism and rude. I told him I had an orthopedic doctor who was treating me for my back pain on 2 herniated disk on my lower back and my orthopedic Doctor asked me for an order from my Family Doctor so I could have an epidural to relieve the pain. In a rude way he said what I needed to do testing on my back before giving me an order He try to correct my orthopedic saying I needed physical therapy and do more testing I told him I already had done MRI And had a CD plus a complete report done after my car accident. Once again sarcastically he said yes right a report from 9 years ago when the accident happened Not sure if he thought I was an idiot because obviously in 9 yrs your body changes. My MRI and report was done at the beginning of the year. He said if you are in pain take Tylenol. I had gone twice to a walk in clinic who gave me anti imflatories and a shot on days I could not even walk. He simply refused to give me a refill knowing I was in pain and traveling. Walmart Pharmacy requested his approval via fax and the Pharmacy called me to tell me he refused to give me a refill. I just walked out of the room extremely upset for his unprofessional behavior then I spoke to the reception about his arrogance and while a was talking to the receptionist Kelly was right there did not even had the courtesy to say hello and simply ignore me! I strongly advise all new patients to stay away from this office. They are rude and unprofessional. I had a better attention at the walk in clinic. This Puerto Rican so call Doctor things he is in Puerto Rico and treat people as he wishes. It all about respect which he has no clue. Please do not waste your time on this low class office I will file a complaint to the board of physicians and also will notify my insurance to make sure they don't get paid. Rude! Unprofessional. The location itself is unsanitary and poorly kept. The only staff member, Dawn is unfriendly, likely due to having to deal with irate patients, because this doctor has her booking appointments for which she is never going to be on time for. I arrived early for my 4:30pm appointment and waited patiently while Dawn checked in another patient. I was eventually taken to a series of rooms to check weight and answer medical questions (by Dawn) and was left with the door open in room number two. After viewing the deplorable surroundings, I decided it might be best check reviews to find answers... My findings suggested a bunch of fake reviews that covered up a trend of bad ones, which ultimately were true. An absent doctor, that made patients consistently wait for even the most basic of care. I finally walked back to the front desk and asked Dawn if there was a doctor present. "Not yet", she replied, which is all I needed to hear going on an hour and half later. I WILL be writing to the FL state medical board, among other entities regarding this doctor's behavior. Shame on Dr. Miley. This is bad practice as any professional, let alone a medical one.
