Disclaimer, I am Italian and live abroad so no language issues though they were horrible with foreigners. Arrogant and just jerky instead of accepting their English was terrible. The first night I arrived one of the owners (the dark-haired one) was yelling at a guy in an incredibly insulting and crass manner as he left. I tried to downplay it checking in. I smiled and played nice. Checked my clothes in and then a minute later realized I had left my mask in my jacket pocket. So I got back in line... made it to the front of the line and explained with a smile , "I am really sorry, I forgot my mask in my coat, could you bring me my coat?" Normal reaction? "Sure". Illumined reaction: "You better put on your mask NOW or else I will kick your ass out on the street like the last two guys" Classy. I said "yes, I want to wear my mask too, I just forgot". Then on departing from the rainbow dressed co-owner/management, equally deficient in personal interactions... Rainbow: "Here's your bill. €60" Me: "Could you tell me where that was spent? It seems like a lot especially since my two other (non-Italian speaking friends) paid the same Rainbow: "ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR? If you don't want to pay that's fine, you will NEVER be able to come back into this place." I said... "no, actually I have no problem paying, I just want to understand what I am paying for!" I paid the €60 and then met my friends outside who said they had also paid a similar amount. In a nutshell, the two owners of this place, in my experience are beyond rude. They are verbally abusive and dishonest.
