This McDonald's has two levels. You come in on the ground floor and place your order at the counter…read moreor with the screens. There is some seating on the ground floor but I chose to go upstairs. After I sat down with my food, I discovered that there were no napkins. There are no napkin boxes upstairs or downstairs so I went back to the counter to ask for napkins. I went back up to eat. It was quite hot that day and also hot inside the seating area. It motivated me to eat quickly to get out of there. When I was finished, I left my tray at the return station upstairs. The restaurant is centrally-located and convenient to the other shops in the area.

I would like to comment on the service of this McDonald's. I stumbled in this McDonald's because I…read moreneeded wifi to find my directions. I ordered a German cheesecake at their McCafe. The server was very patient with me even I was not able to speak a word in German. She offered extra utensils and water without me asking. McDonald's has definitely highlighted my trip to Germany.
