It took us about 5-10 minutes to be serviced. I totally see why though. The service was superb! It's like she didn't even know there was a line and treated us like we were the only one present. The flavors were in Italian, so we needed some help understanding what we were ordering. Our gelaterista was so patient with us. She spoke English but wasn't entirely fluent, but definitely tried her hardest to help us. She even offered us a sample of one flavor after we had already paid because she could tell we wanted to know about the Mint flavor. I ended up with Lemon (my favorite flavor anywhere) and Apricot. MAMMA MIA! The apricot! There were the tiniest bits of it in every bite! My favorite gelateria by far!

They do have alcohol. We also got the Francesca cake and pistacchio pastry, which we split between two of us. The cappuccino was energizing and everything came out fairly quickly. They have items to-go as well. They do speak English and the cashier was friendly. There's one gender neutral restroom available for customers. Credit cards accepted.
