TAIPY was here for me. As a college student and businesswoman from America, I needed a place near…read moremy house to be able to escape to and get my work done and I found that and more at Taipy. The food is amazing, I got my lunch or dinner here nearly every other day. The drinks whether you want a cafe or hot chocolate or a mojito are yummy and extremely reasonable in prices. The interior and veranda are really well kept and clean which was important to me. But more than anything, what sold me and what kept me coming to Taipy day in and out were the people who worked there. I have never felt more welcomed at a cafe/bar ever, not even compared to my usual places in America. I walked in with a smile on my face and always walked out with a smile on my face. If you live near CityLife or Buonarroti, this is a must-go place. And if you are young, this is a go to spot to be at night. You can play cards, take tequila shots, and make new friends all in one place!

We came in this charming little coffee shop one morning looking for cappuccino and hot chocolate…read more(for my son). Read yelp review that their hot chocolate is quite unique. The owner was very polite and friendly, and we communicated in limited English and Italian. The cappuccino was frothy and rich, and the hot chocolate, delicious! It was thick like liquid pudding, and not overly sweet. Wished I ordered one for myself :)

Worth the walk out of the main square of Milan. Coffee is coffee, but freshly roasted coffee from…read morelocally roasted beans is just a little better. So much local traffic in and out of this little store. Brought some bags of whole beans home and have enjoyed it immensely. Staff is informative and ready to talk about what they do best.
