Staff are incredibly warm and friendly. They were always happy to see me and put up with my awful Italian for 4 solid years. If you find yourself anywhere close to Ponsacco (about an hour from Florence, 30 minutes from Pisa), be sure to make a visit to Roxy Bar! I promise it will be a highlight of your trip.
