Nice clothing and the staff are nice when you purchase something (thank you to the first associate!). However, I tried to return a dress the same day (a few hours later!) after getting a second opinion on it and another sales person said (in the RUDEST tone I've ever heard) that it was not possible and that her banking system wouldn't allow such a transaction. Since I am not from Europe, I ask another shopkeeper when I made my next purchase that day. She had the same credit card system and was shocked when I told her what happened, and added that its more likely that the clothing store didnt *want* to return my money (since they only offered a store credit - which wouldnt have helped since I am only visiting the island). If there are NO returns permitted, you should know that in advance of making your purchase!!!!!!!!! And above all, you should not be rude to your customers. Very disappointing. read more

If you are ever in Lindau and want to go shopping, this is definitely not a store you want to purchase anything from due to the poor salesmanship. After browsing through the interesting clothing and accessories, the lady (which after doing a little bit of research turns out to be the owner) was extremely rude and said if we would like to purchase anything we should not touch the merchandise and ask for the sales associate to hand us the items we were interested in. My friend had only picked up a t-shirt and a sweatshirt to see the print a little closer and perhaps I may have picked up a pair or two of shoes to see the actual quality and craftsmanship from which they were made of. Like the previous review, one of the worst and rudest experiences in shopping I have ever had and would never again buy anything from a store with such poor service. read more
