One of the techs spoke English, so this was huge for me since I don't know French. Both women were friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant. I wish I knew the girl's name that did my mani & pedi, she was outstanding and wish I could take her back home with me. Extremely detailed and checked in with me each step of the way to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I highly recommend this place. Now, after I was fit in with no booking, the next walk-in wasn't so lucky. So I would book in advance because this place is worth it!
