If you're a tourist, I'd say that this is not really worth the stop. I'm from the US, so most of…read morethe brands here are from there. Because of tariffs, prices are at least 40% higher here. Most of the shops were small with limited selections and sizing. Had more options in other malls. Only a few local brands here and this part of Polanco has traffic as bad as it gets. The mall is also open air, so, while it's pretty, it can be quite hot to walk around.

Antara Mall is located in Mexico City's posh Polanco enclave. This mall has everything that you'd…read moreexpect out of a decent mall back home. Think Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance. The mall has three stories, with the eateries sitting on the top floor. All other floors have a great selection of clothing stores, shoe stores, accessories, beauty products, etc. My girlfriend and I have personally frequented Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, American Eagle, Dyson, Bath & Body Works, Sephora, and, of course, Starbucks. I find that the customer service and selection here is better than most malls back home. FYI, if you're travelling on a budget, this might not be the place for you, as you will find that the prices are higher here for some items than if you bought them in the US. It's interesting to note that mall culture in Latin America is alive and well, while most malls back home are hanging by a thread. But I digress. This mall provides a great shopping experience. The place is clean and safe, the other patrons are decent locals, and they have had just about anything that I needed every time I've come here.

This is definitely one of the best shopping malls in Mexico City the only downside could be the…read morelocation. It is not centrally located, however there are busses that will take you from Metro Tacubaya to the street in front, where you would need to navigate crossing the busy street. I think the last time I was here was about three years ago. During my first years in the city I would spend many days here just because of the fact that my partner worked at one of the salons. It was convenient to be able to sit at a nearby cafe and do some work while I waited for him to get off of work. I actually returned today to check it out. There are many newer stores that have opened up, and the mall seems pretty much the same as before. I did notice that the city is constructing a new metro station next door, so hopefully that should enable even more people to come to this mall.

I'm not one to walk around a mall aimlessly but if I lived here for good, I definitely would! You need an entire day to be able to see everything the mall offers. It's 3 floors, including a huge skating ring, clean, bright lighting, plenty of food & drink options, and instead of a regular directory -it's touch screen & it speaks to you. One thing for sure, you will notice the higher prices here since it's Santa Fe and everyone has $$$$. I went into one of their sports stores-Marti and found a workout tank, that I would buy for no more than $40 in the states, and it cost $90 there...uh no. They have stores like Prada, YSL, but then they also have not as expensive stores American Eagle, Zara, Adidas, Sears. SO they do offer something for everyone.

Whether it be food, clothes, or electronics, this place has more variety than anyplace else. I've been to one other location to purchase clothing, and I actually just happened to come across this store by chance. I actually did need to replace a couple of t-shirts that got torn, so I came to see if they have something similar. Whilst they didn't have exact matches for the shirts I was looking for, they had several more that were kind of close. Really this place is so huge, you are bound to find what you are looking for.
