I've never felt so HUMILIATED in 60+ years. My symptoms led doc to think I have kidney stones. Unable to hold my urine and immense pain. I was told by The staff to fast 8hrs and drink 32oz of water an hour before my appointment. When I arrived it was all I could do to hold that water. They had me waiting THIRTY mins past my appt time! I told them I didn't think I could wait and the staff asked if I wanted to pee a little bit in a cup. WTH does that even mean? 15 minutes later, as I am still waiting writhing in pain, I began to cry because I knew it was too late. I hurried out the front door and cried as I peed myself through and through. My husband took the day off to take me to this dang appt too. read more

My first time & everybody was so cheerful & friendly. I didn't have to wait to long either!! I highly recommend this facility for all your x-rays & mammogram. I didn't need anything else but if I do it will be a MRI read more

It is with a heavy heart that I post this review. I love the employees and their cheerful, courteous and efficient manner. It is with the radiologist who interprets results, that I take issue. I had a hip X-Ray. I observed the pictures with the tech, (who was not allowed to interpret results). Clearly you could see the white ridge of arthritis and the bone spur present. This was confirmed by previous report, at a hospital where I was employed. The radiologist for Pasco Imaging reported none of these issues were present. I have since spoken to physicians in the area (I am a caregiver and speak to many physicians), and have quietly confirmed the same frustrations. read more

Today I had an MRI of my brain.Although I was quite anxious to say the least I have to say this was the best MRI experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and informative. They explained everything that was about to happened and I was made comfortable and the whole procedure was over before I knew it. Totally oposite from my past experiences elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service ever. Was told one thing on the phone. Then when I went back the SECOND time. Still couldn't get a simple chest xray.
