The customer service was extremely professional and fantastic. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The mattress was definitely one the best I have slept on in hotels and toiletries were top notch. Super clean. The lobby is stunning and so inviting. The roof top is a great spot to see the city and if you can enjoy their afternoon tea it's great and definitely great way to unwind the afternoon. Also Matsuhisha restaurant by Nobu has fantastic sushi. Overall great staff running a great show. It was my first time staying with them definitely they made it memorable. You truly are getting everything and more for what you are paying.

This rooftop by far has the best views of the city. The rooftop on top of the hotel is called Munich Sushi Club - you can dine up here but we just came for drinks.
