Most of us were more on the beginner/intermediate level so, she really accommodated to each of our levels during my party. She was simple to follow and never went to fast. She was also very encouraging. We went for a bachelor party and it couldn't have been a better idea. Things went in the wrong direction from there! I went to the office location to book large letters/numbers we needed and paid for everything there. We provided details for date, place, time they were to drop off the letter for an important event. We even paid extra for delivery to insure there were no issues. Because of their availability they requested we open the venue early which the venue kindly accommodated. The event day came and the letters never arrived at the time agreed upon. We could not get ahold of anyone at the office as calls would go straight to voicemail! It was not only a bad look for the event, ourselves, and more importantly this companies image! I understand mistakes happen which was explained occurred here, however, we should not have to wait for a response to texts, calls, emails, social media messages for almost 48 hours after (Monday morning, event was Saturday). It is irritating when items are paid in full and still somehow missed, makes no sense! What am disappointed in the lack of professionalism that was experienced here! I am writing these review to help others reconsider or take better measures in insuring they receive what is paid for! As I read past reviews I noticed this was not the first time this occurs and could potentially happen again to someone else's important event, which I would not hope on anyone! Hopefully the company takes better measures to fix their issues in fulfilling with their promises to customers.

I walked down the aisle at 6:05 pm and they still were not there to setup. Once setup, their equipment would not work. They supposedly tried to get it to work at the beginning of the reception but no pictures were taken. We were so disappointed. We had family and friends from 14 states who attended our wedding and hoped to have those fun pictures for a long time. It's been 4 days and we still have not received a phone call or email back. We have had to dispute the charge on our credit card since no one from this company is responding or trying to make amends. Do not book anything with this company.
