The week before halloween I bought a sequined bombshell dress for my Jessica Rabbit costume. I bought the dress originally in a size medium. I got home tried it on and it was too big. I returned the previous day to switch out my size to a small. This exchange was fine and I thought I went home with the same dress just in a small. I get home and it has straps and no slit and still did not fit right. I then return back to Party Wow for my third time to see if i can get the strapless dress in a small. They then told me that the first dress was more expensive and to switch it out means I had to pay $8 for the SAME dress I originally bought! I never received any money for my exchange in dresses and the staff was completely unhelpful! WORST PARTY STORE EVER! read more
