Rented supplies from them for my wedding and had nothing but issues. They messed up (and lied) about the balloon order for the welcome home party for my military husband. Then, the day of our wedding we find out the speakers they rented us were blown. We tried to call them and they were closed. We ended up having to use my friends' stereo and speakers. We had almost no dancing, no announcements, no toasts....nothing because of these people. I called them to inform them of the issue when we returned from our honeymoon and received nothing but attitude. They refused to give a refund or even acknowledge that they rented faulty equipment. The woman actually insinuated I was lying (even with 65 witnesses). We are not the only ones this happened to! They did the same thing with s family friend's wedding as well, we found out later. These people effectively ruined our wedding. Save your money and go elsewhere! These people are rude scam artists with ZERO respect for those that serve this country. read more

Have been pretty pleased with the selection every time we've gone in. Being from Dallas, I'm used to a "party supply" store every half-mile or so, but this place actually has quite a selection of quality stuff, as opposed to overpriced plastic crap. They've had perfect theme piñatas and balloons for each of our girls' birthday parties. Lastly, we've rented tables & chairs twice for big gatherings and the service was speedy and helpful. This is a great party store and has everything needed to help make a party something special. They have a wide variety of balloons and decorations, and they have sections for different themes, too. I got some balloon bouquets and decorations and was very pleased with my purchase. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the balloons lasted a suprisingly long time.
