Jordyn from The Posh Ballon provides stellar service. Her online ordering process is seamless, but she is available to assist if you have questions and/ or concerns. I purchased a grab and go garland given the time restraint. I was able to pick a size of the garland, as well as the specific colors I needed for my event. After ordering I was able to pay for the item within the same website. After purchasing you do have to sign a contract. Following the completion of the contract and payment everything is all set. I was provided with very detailed instructions on how to pick up the ballon's. Additionally , I received several reminders that my schedule time to pick up my order was approaching. With great staff, an incredibly vast catalog of rentals and favors, Your Event Source has all the fun things to make your party one to remember. I am particularly fond of the sumo suits as I battled my husband in them a few days back. Word to the wise - they are so fun but oh so hot. My gripes about these is that the suits that we were rented have most definitely seen better days...they would velcro shut in the back and a bit of foam was starting to come out of the back of one. But that didn't stop party guests from jumping in and making a go of it! Inflatable Twister was also a hug hit with party guests - just make sure to vocalize your need for a Twister color caller if need be. Overall, I was really happy with the elements that Your Event Source brought to our event and Kevin, our sumo referee, was really fun and interactive with our guests.
