They answered all of my questions. They have over 500+ designs you can choose from for your print out and if you like a certain one but want something changed they are more than happy to change it. The day of my wedding they were early and had so many props for my guests to use, it was a highlight of the wedding. The reason I'm giving them four stars is because of a error they made on my husbands name. When they sent me the design of the photo strip my husbands name was misspelled and I informed them and they did change it. They sent me a new photo strip with my husbands name spelt correctly and that was the final strip sent to us after we approved it. After a few weeks after the wedding we had looked at our photo strips and saw again my husbands name was spelled incorrectly. Even after we had them fix it and I saw the final design. I understand that if anyone noticed this the day of I'm sure something could of been fixed but that is not something we noticed or was priority. I do recommend this company but I have to say it was a little upsetting to see again my husbands name was spelled incorrectly after I thought we had gotten it fixed. Other wise no other complaints from this company.
