She denied to bring me shoes that I asked for and since the floor, in the dark and cold changing room, was covered in needles, I had to pull several out of my foot after trying on each dress. She would only smile and say "happens". No one offered us anything to drink, I wasn't allowed to view the dress I liked in the mirror outside the changing room (where you could actually see something) AND it would take her 10 minutes after each dress to get another one, because she would not bring in more than 1 at a time. While she went of to retrieve the next dress, I was left in underwear in a cold, dark room covered in needles. After the appointment was over, no one said good bye to us...as a matter of fact, the lady just walked off. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy a dress there! Thankfully we found this wonderful store "Le Spose di Milano", where we were treated with the utmost kindness and where I ended up buying a beautiful gown!!!

Terrible experience in my life! I ordered a new wedding dress in a certain size and was promised…read morethat it would be ordered from Rosa Clara and ready in 2 months. When i came to pick up the dress - it was not new (dirty ) and wrong size - the same dress that i tried initially. The sales assistant and store manager lied me openly in the eyes that the dress is new and was damaged during transport. They rejected to pay me back the deposit and pressured to purchase the dress. They put me in total stress and only due to short-coming wedding date and no other alternatives i paid the price.
