Heike did an *outstanding* job and as others have mentioned she was such a joy to work with. The whole experience felt so personal. The owner contacted me VERY quickly (she was even on vacation!) to confirm everything and see if I had questions. We then confirmed a time and location to meet our princess. Wendy was Tinkerbell for us and she did a WONDERFUL job. She was SO sweet and read a story to the kids. She also sang a song (great voice!) and answered every question the kids had. She even sat with my little one and sang happy birthday and even shared a birthday cupcake with her! She was so great and relaxed with all the kids. They kept asking afterward when she would come back! Also, I heard from an employee later that as she was walking out after our party another younger girl saw her and was amazed. Wendy noticed her and went over and talked to her while staying in character. The little girl was completely over the moon and told the other staff member that Tinkerbell was her favorite and she had never met her before! Overall, WONDERFUL job. Also, loved that after my down payment I could make more payments throughout the weeks instead of paying the rest few days before party. Gave great advice and explained everything once they were done setting up! We had it for 3 days and we're exhausted by the last day! This waterslide was a major hit I don't think any party or vacation will ever TOP THIS RENTAL! I HIGHLY recommend renting from this company I will always use them!
