Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

I came in just to grab a quick masquerade mask and even their selection of those was not great. While I was trying on masks I heard one employee talking down to another saying things like "are you sure you are ready to handle this area?" "did you listen to what I said during your training" "under no circumstances can a customer try on more than 3 costumes in a day" " and I mean no exceptions - this is our busy time of year!" I will definitely take my business somewhere else that has a good selection and hopefully better employees.

We were really struggling because the "online florist" that was supposedly "local" missed delivery of flowers ordered 5 days earlier. USPS could get the gift delivered even though it was sent a week earlier. Joey arranged to have Scott come to our daughter's 25th birthday celebration at a local pub. Scott did an OUTSTANDING job making sure everything was coordinated as we live in Florida and were not onsite. Anyway, I came here this morning for the Total Barre class and it was a very good workout! The teacher, Stephanie, explained things well and the pace of the class was good for beginners and for those with more muscle. I enjoyed that it combined aspects of ballet and pilates to make the class a challenging workout. I will be trying Stephanie's Pilates mat class on Wed morning! Also, the class's studio is large brightly light, with wall mirrors, sprung wood flooring and all the accessories you can imagine. The actual facility is decorated like a little feminine fairy-tale with lots of purples, pinks, stars, and tutus!
