So, I went to my friendly neighborhood O'reilly's on Arapahoe St. and Peter looked over the situation and says "I can do this." He had to work out in the parking lot with a cold September wind blowing and dismantled a large section of the battery box and front end trim. In ten minutes he had the old battery out and in 5 minutes had the new battery in.
