I had two large trees come down in Hurricane Dorian, burying my house, car and golf cart. My…read moreproperty was a disaster. I was very worried about getting a good contractor in quickly, especially since there were still some large dangling limbs that could do more damage. I feared the repair costs would be exorbitant. As promised, Bart Perry was at my home at 9 AM the morning after I called. He examined the wreckage, gave me a very reasonable quote, and told me he had reserved the crew in case I wanted to proceed immediately. I did! His professional, friendly crew (most of them family) arrived two hours later with their high-end trucks and machinery. They were clearly experienced and followed established practices for taking down the trees, cutting up the wood, grinding down the stumps, and restoring the ground. When I asked if he could take on an additional project, he immediately did so and charged half as much as I expected. If you live in northeastern N.C. and are in need of tree services, you cannot go wrong with this business. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. They could easily have taken advantage of my circumstances by overcharging or telling me additional work was required,, but instead they were honest and fair at all times. I am incredibly thankful for their help.

I met with the owner (Kenneth) for a tree trim quote and he told me he would call me within 2 days…read moreto schedule my actual tree trim appt. After five days of waiting and leaving 3 voice mail messages for him, I still have not received any calls from him as he promised me. Very unprofessional to tell the customer you are going to set up an appt and then refuse to return any calls to the customer. There is no reason why Kenneth just couldn't have told me the day we met that he was not interested in my job. It would have saved me days of waiting and totally waisted my time. I would not use this tree trim service because they were undependable making it impossible for me to trust them. If they can't be trusted to schedule an appt., then how do you trust them to professionally trim a 60' River Birch tree. Very Disappointed Customer, vicki kernazitskas
