I was recommended Mid Cities a year or so ago by a neighbor. Had used a mechanic down the street for years. The last time I took my car there he was condescending to me, did not believe me, took the car back 3 times and I was tired of him laughing at me. He did make it good the third time, but by that time, I had had it. When it was time for an oil change, I took my car to Mid Cities Service Center. Excellent service, clean waiting room with drinks and coffee, and magazines for women, current newspapers and they had a lady working there too which always makes me feel comfortable in that situation. I know my car, I drove it off the lot. I know when something is wrong, maybe not how to describe it, but can get pretty close. Ryan was a sweetheart to talk with and they also checked the fluids and tire pressure and belts. I thought that was great! I will be back when the time comes. Women need mechanics too, not just the young pretty ones, but we older ladies, husbands die and we wind up doing this ourselves and it is nice to go someplace where I am not laughed at. I feel this will be a good partnership for me with Mid Cities. I am a loyal customer and I like to get to know the people where I do business and they seem to be great and appreciate my business. read more

This is not the first time I have had my car and truck fixed here but it is my first time leaving a review. I don't like to leave reviews until it's been a bit since things can change sometimes and I wanted to be sure the first experience wasn't just a fluke. These guys are top notch. Absolutely wonderful in customer service. I am always greeted warmly and promptly. I am never standing their waiting for someone to give a crap enough to say anything to me like other places of business. It is always better to call ahead to make sure they got time to see you and when they tell you to come on in. You're never waiting long. They don't dilly dally on the clock looking for more hours of labor and when they say they replaced a part, it's replaced. Some places you go, they just assume you won't look later. I have gone to Midcities Service Center now for diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance so I have felt every aspect of their work and I am impressed. I am the kind of person who stays loyal to honest and trustworthy businesses and I can say that as long as I live within 50 miles of them, they have my business exclusively. read more

In any business it is often hard to find a reputable company. However, Mid-Cities Service Center is by far the most reputable mechanic group in existence today! Their employees are top notch and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a pleasant experience. My father, a customer of Mid-Cities Service Center, recommended that I take my car to them after having consistent troubles with my car. Mind you, I had already been to another car repair company closer to my work to have my car fixed. Unfortunately, the first repair center was never able to repair my car correctly. Mid-cities not only worked with the other repair center to get the parts to fix my car, but also helped in softening the blow to what had already been an already expensive ordeal. The owner and their company believe in treating others how you would want to be treated and exhibit that in their work ethic and kindness. This service center is the best service center I have ever been to in my life! Truly! Upon entering the center, you will be impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the business itself. Honestly, you would not think it to be an automotive service center; it is that clean and orderly! Moreover, the employees are neatly groomed and kind, expedient, and courteous! They handle problems quickly, answer emails promptly, return phone calls speedily, and they are professional and respectful in their manner. This center even calls you back to ensure you were pleased with their service. Finally, and foremost, they provide excellent service in their repair work and maintenance. They are skilled and adept in their field, and your car will reap the benefits. I don't plan to use another repair/service center unless I am forced to do so. BOB IS THE BOMB! I called Mid-Cities Service today because the Mazda dealership was going to charge us $1400 to replace the steering lock unit (keyless entry system plus keys & fobs). This seemed excessive to me since our 2009 Mazda 6 only has 55,000 miles on it. Bob agreed so he volunteered to call the dealership on our behalf. He then called me back to recommend I call Mazda Customer Service and advised me on what to tell them. I did and Mazda finally agreed to cover $500 of the repair. And Bob never once suggested that I tow our car over to him. So at no benefit to him or his business, he went way out of his way to help my family with a budget devastating car repair. We took our 2006 Honda Odyssey to them back in June 2014 for a brake repair and we received above and beyond service at that time as well. And they were more than fair on price. After originally going to pep boys and getting fed lies that would of cost me thousands, I fell upon Mid-Cities Service center. I'm so glad I did. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was they knew everyone by name, the facility was super clean, and everyone was friendly. The workers at Mid-Cities made me feel at home and like family. They gave me a ride home while my car got worked on then picked me up. They let me use a car from their lot (a company car) because I couldn't afford a rental. Bob the owner has gone above and beyond to help me and has been nothing but nice. As a single mom this experience with them has been awesome and now I can say I have an auto repair shop to go to when my car has problems. A place that I trust & a place where I feel welcome. Always nervous as your looking for a new shop. Started by looking online and reading reviews of various places. Checked this shop out on a couple of different sites and all the sites had very good reviews. The only negative review was from one unrealistic person! Took my sons vehicle in and they confirmed my diagnosis. I really did not feel like taking on this project, so I trusted it to Ron and the ASE certifies mechanics here. (I checked that out as well!). These guys did a good job getting everything taken care of. If I have any complaint it was that they saw another hose that needed changing and went ahead and changed it out without calling me.....however they kept the whole thing within the original estimate without me having to question anything!!!! I've so far only been once but am very please. I had a very bad job done on my car previously and looked high and low for a place. I came across here. I called. They scheduled me in for 7 am the next morning. Great attitudes and very easy to understand when it comes to car lingo. They do offer a ride to where you need to go as long as it's within a reasonable distance. A big PLUS!! Not long later got the call on what and how much. Car was complete before I was even off of work! They were offering a 10% discount at the time. I had a 25 dollar off coupon which was used instead. They called Me two days later to advise I have a credit on my account since the 10% off discount would have benefitted me more. Score I mean who doesn't like money back lol. Doug is one of the team members here at mid cities, and he is fantastic, with having no knowledge about cars and only having a certain time cap to get things done, Doug has really been there for me like a sales associate should, at first from every which way I was being thrown around, being told to go here, and do this and do that, with my 2015 Buick Verano, I then made a simple google search; I discovered Mid Cities..They are awesome at what they do, they are all advanced in any vehicle situation you can think of..and because of them I have saved so much more money, getting their help and guidance from Doug...I'm very thankful and their outstanding performance and it should be recognized!! Been going here for many years. VERY honest. Brought my moms car in years ago because it would not pass inspection due to ( she had just gotten a new battery) something not resetting . They said drive it for 100 miles and it will reset !! NO CHARGE !! Many other repair shops would have run up a big bill saying they repaired it. Instead they said drive it and it will reset. That was my first impression and we have trusted them for many years with all four of our vehicles ( our two cars Moms and our sons) Thank you Ron and crew for a job well done. For reference, my radiator block cracked and needed to be replaced, and I ended up paying about $500 for the whole thing! I mean, still not great, but at least $150 cheaper than any other place I found. Not to mention it is covered by a factory warranty. These guys were great! Super polite and professional, and even refereed me to their website for coupons. Now I don't know about you, but what other mechanic do you know that is so confident in their work that they will discount it just because they can. They even drove me home and picked me up after everything was completed. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back again in the future. read more

Had a fan unit go out on my 2013 Ford Edge so my car was overheating and a/c wasn't working. Five Star Ford on Rufe Snow told me last week they couldn't get me in until a week later and that I would have to leave my car there for 3-4 days. This is by far the most customer friendly organization that I have experienced. The staff is very attentive to each and every customers needs. They seem to go out of their way for any given customer situation. While there I overheard several conversation where they would come to your location and pick up your vehicle if you are not able to actually bring it to their location.
