I can only speak for the beet and the octopus and shrimp tacos but after living in Mexico for almost 3 years, I can say these were the best tacos I've ever had. The tortillas were the thickest I've had (called gorditas in Sonora) and so fresh. Borderline pita bread or naan bread texture. Only having 3-4 wine options by the glass was a little disappointing considering "wine bar" is in their business title, but at least the wine I did have was delicious and well stored. The atmosphere here is dim and romantic - just the way I like it. The service was fast and friendly.

The music is ok....but food drinks are on point ....the drink was done well not over powering but still able to feel the affects..while the tacos, Piscositas dr Pulpo y Cameron...were delicious.... guacamole was great mix with tender asada mix and freshness of the seafood was amazing...shashimi was little over powered by soy sauce but still tasty...

There were other people dining on the patio as well so this area was also busy. Service was very slow and it took forever for the server to come to us. The food took some time as well and after it was dropped off, we never again saw our server. She was friendly when we did see her but then she just went MIA. We were in need of condiments and silverware and we had to flag someone else down for them. The burgers were dry, did not have flavor, and my patty seemed to be burnt. Prices are high and the quality is ehh not too good. The only saving grace were the fries..

There are only a few places that stand out after living south of the border for the past 3 years. One of them was in the state of Sonora, but it was not Holy Cow. But since Sonora is cow country, I had higher hopes. Overall, everything lacked flavor. The chocolate shake. The burger, the overcooked, over-crispy fries and the BBQ sauce. Speaking of BBQ sauce, why are they filling the Heinz ketchup bottles with that?

We had several servers asking what else they could get us and requests were fulfilled promptly and flawlessly. Plates were excellent flavor, my callo de hacha seemed scarce but they were not. The ambiance is clean, fresh comfortable and I loved they had NFL games going o each of their huge clean and HD tv's. If I lived in Hermosillo this would be a place I'd spend a lot of time at! I ordered the desayano americano which is just pancakes. Thick and delicious, then I ordered the Taco Caramelo. Had syrup in packets and that was the only hang up, but overall....delicious spot.

The entrees come with a house salad, which is standard iceberg and your usual place ingredients. Tomato, onion. Nothing special. I don't even recall being served any kind of dressing or even olive oil and vinegar until we asked. The 800g Tomahawk I ordered was good, but slightly underseasoned. The vegetables were clearly frozen, which was disappointing, but not surprising. The fries were as well. The service was on point and the ambiance was pretty cool. The wine selection isn't bad.
