Everything was very clean in the exam room. We were sent home with a great goodie bag. And they were very detailed going over the cost breakdown of work that I'll be coming back for. This was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a dentist as a new patient. They had even requested records from my previous dentist and had reviewed them before my appointment so that unnecessary imaging didn't have to happen; we just picked up with our dental schedule from where we left off with our previous dentist. Dr. Skousen's office, answered the phone, was interested in the problem and prepped for our arrival, and stayed late to see that we could be helped. Additionally, making room in their schedule for the proper procedures to be done the following day when more time permitted. Having never been in a Sunrise Dental office before, I was pleasantly impressed and have since made Dr. Skousen our primary family dentist. Everyone was extremely friendly and thorough. It might sound strange, but it was actually an enjoyable dental experience, save the pain. Lastly, it was great to sit and discuss dental needs and plans with a dentist, rather than simply be told what needs to be done.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! i made an appointment, waited 2 months because the valley is backed up. i called the Monday before my Wednesday appointment with questions and was told i didnt have an appointment that day, that it was the wednesday before. i knew that was wrong and did some research. found the TEXT MESSAGE they sent to varify my appointment on the date i had correctly, not the week prior, so i called back to hold them accountable. they then lied and said a different reason, saying i "didnt confirm at least 24hours before my appointment, so they gave it to someone else". wrong again, i called 2 days before to ask questions and was told it was ALREADY CANCELED! so, 2nd LIE! i asked for the office manager and she told me i "no showed to last weeks appointment so they cancelled this weeks appointment". LIE NUMBER 3! I NEVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK! so, you lie to me 3 times instead of admitting your own clarical errors? i asked if there was any way they could accommodate a sooner appointment since none of these "issues" were of any of MY doing and was told no, and to take my business elsewhere.

The customer service is top-notch, and every single person who works there has been incredibly kind and sweet to my son. The establishment has always been clean and inviting, making each visit comfortable and welcoming. He absolutely loved his visits with Dr. Feller and still talks about him to this day. I had my braces placed by Dr. Feller back in 2017? I had them for a little over 2 years. I had them…read moreremoved sometime early of 2020. I had to get sized for my retainers 2 different times, because the first time, your gums are pretty swollen and it is recommended to go back for another size so your retainers fit snug, which I did. On the second pair of retainers, they were too small and caused this weird mold on my 2 front teeth, which now I need to get a fill done in order to fix it. Dr. Feller does not specialize in filling, so he stated I needed to get it done elsewhere. Mind you, I have never had ANY OTHER SORT OF DENTAL work from anyone else since my braces, so there is no way that anything or anyone could have caused this weird dent/mold on my two front teeth. But Dr. Feller argued that it could have not been the retainers. I wish I would have kept the retainers so I CAN PROVE to him that oddly the size of the retainer MOLDED PERFECTLY to the dent on my teeth. But unfortunately, I disposed of them before my last appointment. Dr. Feller did not show or want to take any sort of accountability for my concerns or try to help fix the problem. Would not recommend him to anyone that lives in that area or for anyone looking into getting sort of dental work.

They quoted me to replace the permanent retainer, but mentioned that for a few hundred $$ more I could do a round of their 3D printed clear aligners to make some small adjustments to a few teeth that had shifted over the years; and the replacement permanent retainer would be included in that. I went ahead with it and the process was so easy compared to previous experiences with braces and Invisalign. I saw multiple different staff members over those few months and all of them were amazing. The office is updated, clean and inviting for all ages. I'm extremely happy with my results and honestly have no negative feedback!
