Vitré has a wonderful castle and a beautiful, charming historic old town. It's well worth a visit. Not far from the castle - just at the train station - you will find this parking lot. The very western part of it is free of charge, but fills up fast. The rest of it is paid by meter. It's a small fee though. Just walk down the stairs and across the road and you'll find yourself in the old town part, very close to the castle. It's a good, easy and convenient place to park your car.
