Knowing that this lot existed because i parked above it late Sunday for dinner. Coming back during the lunch hour a couple days later, the area was crazy packed and undergoing some construction. Glad i remembered it existed. Easy in and out access and not too many people in it. Again not cheap but the other factors make it favorable considering the other lots are also packed. sometimes you just gotta take the price hit for other good things
