Parkett Kaiser is a disaster, do not use them! Ive been waiting two months for my flooring which never arrive. They claim it has been delivered and are impossible to get hold of. No tracking number, no calls, no notification. Avoid at all costs, it may be a scam. read more

Awful experience. I needed something urgently and I was promised a 2 week delivery on purchasing that turned into 2 months, and still counting. The Customer Service did not warn me at all, I had to ask an update. They show no remorse and are not helpful whatsoever. AVOID ! read more

If you order from abroad, just simply don't use them. They are certainly very quick when giving you an offer, but then they disappear & begins rough waiting. Two months, still no flooring, just either no answer or strange answers or even lying. A strange company who does not know how to do ecommerce at all and who simply does not give a damn about its customers. read more
