Once you arrive, any doubt disappears--the property is absolutely stunning.
From the moment we arrived at the Big Red Barn, we knew we were in good hands. Raelynn greeted us with warmth, patience, and answers to every question we had (and trust me, I had many). The barn itself is breathtaking--rustic, expansive, beautifully lit, and featuring a loft that gives guests a perfect view of the entire celebration.
The Brooder House is a charming, well‑designed cottage that immediately felt welcoming and practical. It includes a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a fireplace, making it an ideal space for a rehearsal dinner or a bridal suite. From the covered deck, there's a fantastic view of the Grand Gazebo--a classic white structure that anchors the ceremony space--along with the water, rolling hills, and a large weeping willow. Between the functionality of the space and the view from the deck, the decision was easy: "Yep, this is it."
Planning was shockingly stress‑free. Raelynn never once made me feel like a bother, even when my questions veered into "maybe a little much" territory. If she didn't have an answer, she found it--often by going out to measure things herself. Every response was quick, thorough, and kind.
Wedding weekend was where Parker Run truly shined. Jackie, the owner, is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, she was hands‑on, calming, and incredibly supportive--helping move tables, arrange decor, keep everyone hydrated, and steady my nerves.
