However, upon return, we waited and waited watching other shuttle companies pick up passengers 4 times. The ParkDIA shuttle didn't come for over 30 minutes, by then there people were lined up and impatient. We filled 2 shuttles and people were still left behind. The staff was very apologetic and polite but there are clearly many kinks to be worked out before I would recommend anyone parking here. read more

The service as a whole is just ok. The company as a whole is NOT on the same page to create raving fans. I am regularly a valet parker and expect certain minimum qualities of service that should be the same wherever you park in the lot. This lot has recently decided to pickup and drop off from the same spot and NOT drop off curbside like every other parking lot. They do this because they do not have enough shuttle vans to pickup waiting customers... because they had excessive complaints about wait times. This philosophy of borrowing from Peter to pay Paul in quality of service is ridiculous. It's like putting lipstick on a pig, to hide the underlying problem, not enough vans or drivers. Next problem. While the valet help seems VERY well trained on delivering great service, the drivers are another story. The shuttle driver I had most recently upon return would not get his butt off his seat to help me with my 40 lb suitcase. The airlines help up to 50 lbs and even higher. I put my bag next to his seat figuring he would organize his rack to his preference. Instead, he kept it next to his seat and made it an arm rest even with plenty of rack space available. Then, when 3 people wanted to enter the bus, he told them he was full. Reality: there were 3 seats available and those of us on the bus alerted him to that. However, when a pilot came for a ride and we really were full, this clown made room for him and violated the "rules." Needless to say, no one with a great work ethic will work for this outfit for long because the company does not set the employees up for success and does not train them to behave in a way that increases their tips. Now, if you just want to pay your $6.50/day and don't really care about quality service, this lot will do great for you. read more

Do not use this company!! Wish I had a option to give zero stars. Flew in last night 7/28/18. When I arrived at the off airport parking island, the ParkDIA line was 40 people deep. They had been waiting 40 minutes for a shuttle that is advertised to run every 10 minutes. I called the office 3 times and was told that multiple shuttles were on the way. 15 minutes later 1 small shuttle arrived with a mouthy driver who yelled at us and told us to be patient. A second shuttle showed up and was almost full which was no use to the 40 of us in line. We waited 50 minutes to get on a shuttle to finally be taken to our car. This company is clueless when it comes to customer service and actually understanding what 10 minute shuttle schedule means. I will never use them again and will be telling all of my traveling friends to avoid this place like the plague!!! read more

First time using this lot and didn't know what to expect, pleasantly surprised. I had planned on parking my truck for 2 weeks and they had good uncovered prices. Shuttle drivers were friendly and only had to wait a couple minutes for a shuttle to the airport. On my way back is was about a 10 minute wait and the drivers dropped you off right at your vehicle. Will definitely use them again. read more

I have used Park DIA many times. Every time has been quick at pickup/drop off and the price is extremely worth the service. My go to at DIA.

If I could put zero stars I would. Our truck was stolen out of the lot and eventually found by PD 20 minutes away. The head of management was very helpful and kind though his hands were tied by the owners who refused to even get us a ride home while my family, including two children, sat in the lobby for 5 hours waiting while footage was reviewed. This fairly minimal act of human kindness and good will would have gone some way to show remorse for the poor job done keeping our property, not just safe, but on the lot! read more

The location is great and the rate is one of the cheapest @ DIA. The only complaint I have is that upon returning to Denver and texting to say that I was waiting for pick-up, it took over 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. During that same time, every other parking service had at least 3 visits by their shuttles. Need to work out that issue. read more

I've used ParkDIA maybe 10 times and almost every time something goes wrong. Tonight was the last straw. We waited for the shuttle for 30 MINUTES. I had to CALL to get a shuttle to pick us up. By the time someone came, there was a pretty decent sized line. Additionally, when the shuttle left, there was still an empty spot and we kept telling the driver we could fit another, but he didn't care. The only good part about ParkDIA are the coupons they offer. But it's honestly not worth the hassle. I'm done. read more

Just used ParkDia....by far the best and most convenient parking option at the airport. Way better than a crowded train and other parking lot options where the shuttle takes forever. Shuttle driver was friendly and helped my family with our bags. Will be a lifetime user. read more

I saw the promotion on google ads and was really excited about it. The experience so far is awesome. There weren't a lot of cars entering the parking lot when I got there, so the shuttle driver pulled the shuttle right next to my car to pick me up. The staffs are very friendly. The only issue I have is that the location of the parking lot is a little bit confusing. I couldn't find the lot on my phone map, but if you follow the direction on the webpage, you will be able to find it. read more

While the parking is close, they have a lot of work to do in terms of utilizing their app and points process. Many glitches that will leave you stranded and asking for assistance. It would have been quicker to park with a more senior company who has their process together. If it wasn't for their driver, Birhanu, I would have counted my losses and went with another company. He was very good and did all he could to make my experience better so I will give them another chance. read more

The pick up from the lot was quick but the pick up from the airport was a 20 minute wait for me and 30 minutes for the people before me.

That is not a review of the parking lot. Parking, shuttle buses, pick up and drop offs are fine. Never had an issue. This is a review of their new app. Although, the new app is not buggy and has some decent features like direct link to send a pick up text, check where the shuttle is, it is missing a feature of historical transactions. You are not able to see your past stays unless you login on the computer and it is showing at $0 For my trip this week, I checked in to the lot using the app. When leaving the parking lot, I had to go through the clerk as I want to add a discount for AAA (I learned that from my stay a week earlier, see below). Enhancement request #1: There should be an option to add AAA on the app, so it's taken automatically and you don't have to use the clerk. I handed the phone and AAA card to the clerk and he asked me for a credit card to pay for the stay. My answer was that the card is saved on the app. His answer was I should have told him that earlier, so he does not have to do it twice. Enhancement request#2: use the card on the file to automatically charge for the stay when using the clerk. I also questioned the amount being charged as it was higher than I expected based on my quick math. He handed me the receipt. I got home and checked the receipt to learn that I was charged 6.95 not 5.95 per day. I sent email with my receipt and learned that the price changed during my stay. I was refunded the discrepancy, which was nice. Kudos to customer service. Now, none of my stays show on the app as this feature is not available. I logged in to the website and my stay is showing $0 not the amount charged. I do have the receipt, but I would have hoped that having an app and account with Park Dia should not require keeping paper receipts. I need receipts for my work trips expenses. A week earlier I did not use the app at the entry, but got a paper ticket since I was not able to login fast enough to the app when standing at the gate. Enhancement request #3: enable Touch ID access to the app. When leaving the lot, I headed to the clerk free booth and first wanted to scan my app to apply the ticket to my account and add my AAA. I was not able to do any of these. It took me about a minute to realize that the gate in front of me opened without me paying for my stay. I'm pretty sure the owners of the parking lot do not want to lose money, so I'd suggest to look into resolving this gap of letting people go without paying. I fly out of DEN at least 4 times a month for work and personal trips and have tried different parking lots. I settled for Park Dia due to the proximity to the terminal and reasonable cost. Shuttle drivers are extremely nice and helpful and there are enough shuttles to be transported back and forth pretty quick, but the app is lacking. read more

I had a good experience waiting to be picked up at DIA to retrieve my car. Chad was a great shuttle driver and it was nice that everyone was dropped off right at their cars. I would recommend this parking lot, as the ride to/from the airport was 10 minutes at most. read more

I recently signed up for this service and mobile app, then made a reservation for a week, ending last Friday night. I paid $51.44 during this reservation. I then found a Groupon for 7 days of parking for $35.00. When we returned last night-late, after waiting over 30 minutes for the shuttle, we were charged an extra $6.43. So for about 7.5 days of parking, we paid over $12 a day. Instead of a deal and good experience, we are very disappointed and feel like we've been cheated. We are frequent travelers and now are not inclined to keep going with your company. There is lots of competition at DIA. read more

Park at your own risk! Our SUV was parked here for a week while we were on vacation. We came home to find out it had been hit while parked in their lot! They said they would look at their cameras and get back to me. I was the one that had to keep contacting them. When I talked to a supervisor that supposedly reviewed the video he said they couldn't see anything (I highly doubt they even looked)! It's airport offsite parking- much cheaper than on DIA proper, and the tradeoff is you take a shuttle bus. Not complicated. Better than onsite economy or official remote lots because you have the option of covered or valet spots, both of which protect you from risk of hail at much less than $24/day in the airport garage. Shuttles are frequent to take you to the airport, sometimes less so coming back. read more

I have only used this service once, this past Memorial Day weekend, and will never go back. I liked the fact that they tell you exactly where to go to find a spot to park, that they pick you up at your vehicle (I only had to wait 5 minutes), that they give you a card with the location of your vehicle, and that it's reasonably priced. But the experience turned very negative upon my return to Denver. The pickup location is unmarked and several companies use that same area. So it's up to you to figure out which line is for ParkDIA customers. There was a huge line that uncivilized people were constantly trying to cut into, and I had to wait 30 minutes before two buses finally arrived back to back. Then when we got to ParkDIA, each time our driver would drop someone off and not get a tip, he'd get back on the bus and say loudly "waste of time." But worst of all, the morning after, I noticed that someone had slashed my Jeep's soft top window on the rear passenger side. I called ParkDIA but of course it's explicitly stated everywhere that they are not responsible for damages to the vehicles. I have used the airport's own Pikes Peak and Mt Elbert lots for over a decade and have never had any issues at all. Never using ParkDIA again. read more

Bus took close to an hour and of course it was full and could not get on. Waiting another 10 minutes before another bus came and It was just about full too. Car had ding on the passenger side door that wasn't there when I left denver. Also car was very dirty from dust and tumbleweeds floating in the area. read more

I usually use another lot at DIA but bought a Groupon to check out Park DIA. I'd like to say I'm never coming back nut unfortunately I bought two. I parked and 3 shuttles passed by before one stopped. The shuttles just drive around being directed by someone in the office telling them where to go. This meant we drove all over the lot for 5 stops. The Parking Spot tells drivers where to park when they enter, based on where the next shuttle is. It's very efficient. On the plus side, the driver was friendly and offered a bottle of water. read more

I would not recommend parking here (at ParkDIA) when you have multiple other options for offsite parking in Denver. We waited for 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up on the east side. I texted and called as instructed and was hung up on and then told to be patient and they would get there when they could (this was after 30 minutes of waiting). There were eventually 50+ people waiting and every other company had 3-5 shuttles come through before we saw one from this company. Not worth it! Use someone else!!!! read more

Avoid this place at all costs if you have an early morning flight. You'll not only save money but also time by parking somewhere else. I parked my car in uncovered parking at 4am. Walked around trying to hunt down a shuttle for 15 minutes only to realize I had to walk all the way across their huge lot to find a shuttle in covered parking. We then waited another 25 minutes for the shuttle to fill up. It was 4:49am by the time I got to curbside bag check. Hoping I don't miss my flight. This was my first time using this parking. I usually use USAParking. I bought a Groupon and thought I would try. I arrived at 4:15. There was a line of 15 people. We waited 15 minutes for a shuttle. The driver didn't help lift people's luggage onto the high shelves. For a few bucks more, I can get faster and better quality service. I won't be using this parking again. read more

Park DIA is great. Initially like most new start up operations there are growing pains. This parking service was not immune to them, and with the influx of passengers commuting through the DIA parking area being as staggering as they are I hold them at no fault for the rocky start. I have used the parking service roughly 20 times now and the drivers have been good, helpful and kind. No complaints. However tonight's driver Constantina I believe was her name was really fantastic. Just very professional. She asked everyone how they were doing, greeted them at the door and briefly explained the order of operation. Then after we all loaded in she checked to see if we were all ok with the temperature and music level, and quickly we were off to our cars, once arrived she jumped up and asked to help with any bags. We only had our backpacks so didn't need any assistance but she wished us a save drive home and said thanks. She was really helpful. Good people/employees are hard to find and harder to keep these days and she's a keeper. read more

ParkDIA is awesome! Nice, clean, new facility and shuttle buses, drivers are very courteous and nice, they help you with your luggage, service is fast, no wait for shuttles to get going, easy in and out using their app by simply scanning phone screen, plus free 7 days as an elite member! It is not a scam! The only downfall is that it is very very hard to find, if you follow gps/ navigation it will not find it. You have to follow the written directions given on the app. Therefore, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find it the first time you go! read more
